The route to the next World Cup in Latin America is already on in the Asian continent. Argentina was the last World Cup host to have come from that region. 2002 World Cup co-host, Japan will host Uzbekistan in Toyota,while South Korea that reached the semi finals a decade ago will host Kuwait. In Muscat, Oman will host Thailand and Iran will be at home to Qatar in Tehran.
