Argentine striker, Fabian Espindola scored the first goal for Real Salt Lake in the 40th minute. New York Red Bulls put up a very poor showing on Saturday evening. Paulo Junior chipped a pass to the Argentine striker to score the first goal of the day. Roy Miller's offside trap was beaten by the scorer. After the interval, Luis Gil put the game beyond their visitors. Espindola's effort came off Meara, before Gil made no mistake from close range. Red Bulls also lost to FC Dallas in their last League match.
