Liverpool v Wigan preview

Luis Suarez will be looking forward to adding to his eight goal tally in the EPL on Saturday. The Uruguayan winger, popularly called (el Pistolero) has been in a scintillating form this season. He has rescued the Reds from defeat against Chelsea,Everton and Newcastle. Liverpool are currently placed 13th with 12 points.

Roberto Martinez will be opportuned to show Liverpool fans what he is capable of doing as a manager. The Spaniard almost grabbed the hot seat at Anfield during the Summer before Brendan Rodgers got the job.

Wigan Athletic defeated Liverpool at the DW stadium last season. The Reds have only won three premier league at Anfield in the whole of 2012. A win for Rodgers' side will be a boost. They have been unbeaten in their last five matches.
Suarez nodded in an equaliser against Chelsea last Sunday and he will be the main target of Wigan defenders on Sunday.

Raheem Sterling,Suso and Steven Gerrard will be expected to support Suarez in the attacking line up. Martin Skrtel will be back in the first eleven after he missed the last game due to suspension.
It is unclear whether Reina will replace Brad Jones as the keeper on Saturday.

Our prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Wigan
