Chelsea hammered by West Ham United

Chelsea were beaten 3-1 in a London derby that was played on Saturday afternoon. Rafael Benitez included Victor Moses,Mikel and Ramires in his starting line up.

West Ham United missed the services of Andy Carroll who ahs been ruled out of action for 6 weeks due to injury. Carlton Cole and Kevin Nolan were the strikers that were on duty at the Upton Park.

Torres' Assist
Fernando Torres provided an assist for his compatriot,Juan Mata in the 16th minute. Chelsea had a beautiful first half, but they failed to capitalise on their 69% ball possession before half time.

The 'Blues' were punished in the second half. West Ham scored three clean goals to condemn Benitez to his first defeat since he took over from Roberto Di Matteo last month.
Carlton Cole and Diame had their names on the scorers' chart.

Chelsea are looking for their first win in over a month. Tottenham Hotspur are now level on points with Chelsea, though the West Londoners have a superior goal advantage.
