Mexico defeats Nigeria as Toure joins Liverpool

Mexico under 20 national team defeated the Flying Eagles of Nigeria at the Toulon international tournament by 2-0 on Wednesday evening. The goals were scored in each half of the match.
The former under 20 African champions conceded the first goal in the 37th minute after a defensive blunder by one of the Flying Eagles players.

The second goal arrived in the 65th minute after a brilliant build up from the midfield that cut the Nigerian defense sleeping.

Meanwhile, Liverpool FC has signed Kolo Toure of Ivory Cost on a free transfer. The former Arsenal defender played 13 matches for Manchester City last season due to injury and lack of form.

It will be recalled that Jamie Carragher retired from professional football at the end of the 2012-2013 league season. A lot of Liverpool fans are skeptical about this latest development.
