Turkish super liga club,Trabzonspor has joined the race to sign John Obi Mikel from Chelsea. Mikel joined Chelsea from Lyn Oslo in 2006 after he was voted as FIFA's silver ball winner at Netherlands 2005.
Mikel has worked with several managers during his seven year stay at Stamford Bridge.
Galatasaray officials were reported to have held talks with the Nigerian international.
If he eventually move to Turkey, then he would join Michael Eneramo,Taiye Taiwo and Kalu Uche who are all plying their trade in that country.
