Manchester City vs Arsenal preview

After a disappointing defeat in Madrid, Manchester City will shift their attention to the English Premier League this weekend. Roberto Mancini's men surrendered a 2-1 lead before losing 3-2 against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Joe Hart has been critised for his poor performance with regards to the goals that were scored by Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo.

On the other hand, Arsenal FC were victorious in France. The Londoners defeated Montpellier two goals to one.

The clash
Sunday's clash between these two sides will be an explosive one. City and Arsenal are tied on eight points from four games, but the 'Gunners' have a superior goal difference. Lucas Podolski and Santi Cazorla have proven to be the key men for Arsenal in recent times. Oliver Giroud and Gervinho are also improving.
Arsenal whipped Southampton 6-1 last weekend while City played a 1-1 draw against a hostile Stoke City.
Players' Availability
Sergio Aguero is expected to be on the bench for the reigning champions, while Hart will keep his position between the sticks. Edin Dzeko might be paired with Balotelli in a 4-4-2 formation.
Arsene Wenger is expected to parade Podolski and Giroud in the frontline of Arsenal's attack. Santi Cazorla and Gervinho will also add to the attacking prowess of the team.

Prediction: Man City 2-2 Arsenal
